Meet our CEO and Founder, Karen Herdina

Karen Herdina has a long history of starting up new operations, rescuing failing projects and improving fledgling departments.  Her “fix-it” strength melded with her technology and operational experience is why Operational Performance Success (OPS) has been so successful.

For over 30 years Karen has had a varied career in project management, technology, and operations.  After receiving her Masters in Computer Science, she started managing large software implementations for various colleges and universities throughout the US.  She moved into technical sales roles and eventually landed on the corporate operations side of the software world.  She led teams in product management, strategic alliances and consulting as well as becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt.  In 2006 Karen became VP of Content Supply Chain for a SaaS business, growing a team of 45 to 120 in three years.  Karen managed two acquisitions for the company, leading to her being the President of one of the subsidiaries.  After selling the subsidiary for five times the acquisition price, she started OPS.
